- Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer, foodman, restaurant, merchant and rider in a very effective manner.- Identifying users needs, clarifying information and providing satisfactory solutions.- Collecting positive reviews from customers.- Reviewing & monitoring rider's performance, identifying training requirements.- Replying customer queries on company's assigned channels (ZENDESK).- Coordinating with respective departments to ensure timely customer product delivery.- Keeping the record of all conversations in the call center database – CRM.- Encouraging people to work with us as a freelancer.- Maintain to complete monthly KPI target
