• Managing multi-purpose tasks that includes creating cash flow projections, analyzing receivables aging & set the target with the team for collection. • Responsible for applying cash receipt to customer accounts using SAP FICO database.• Preparing Dunning reports and issuing Dunning letter to the customers. • Working with Business Accountant to write off the balances according to strict guidelines & company’s SOP’s.

• Leading a team in Mortgage Account Receivable process.• Preparing and reviewing AR ageing report & reconciling the accounts.• Coordinating with AR Manager on late charges and processing fee and offering the clients with waivers after approval. • Generating AR invoices and timely coordinating with client for payment

• Posting cash receipt under AT&T Billing as a AR trainee.• Creating profile for new clients in accounting software with payment terms and other important details. • Authority for making discounts, percentage on write offs.• Coordinating with clients on due date & offering payment plans.
