• T/P receiving from Designer with the development sample, Pattern and Product Check List• Tack Pack analyses.• Prepared pre cost.• Book the accessories as require for the style to procurement department.• Prepare for PP sample and getting approval for bulk production.• Making production file for Production also and make understand requirement, quality both QC and Production dept.• Making a checklist for PP Sample approval, pattern approval and shipment approval.• During PP Sample approval designer sometime give some comments that we confirm in production.• Flow up with marker/pattern requisition to our pattern dept that maximize utilization both fabric and acc.• After making the marker I check the mini marker and send mail to our store to issue the fabrics.• Follow the production, washing and finishing.• Prepare final costing for bar-coding.• To do costing checking fabric details from our store and cutting dept, as well as a efficiency report made by our IE dept. that is most important to calculate the CM. In the time of costing we also review feature and comments from designer’s as well as from Executive director, marketing director and from our visual merchandising team. We r doing all procedure becoz we need to input in our wed that we can analyses for next collection.
