Inspection of site as per isometric and P&ID. Supervision of site activities execute overall on plot piping fabrication and erection works include identification of materials. Check and supervise the work of piping installation and erection of structural pipe support. Fabrication of pipe spool, organize inspection of welding, coordination for the NDT. Installation of piping, preparation of as built drawing and test pack, preparation of mechanical punch list, hydro testing, flange management and box up activities as per applicable codes, procedure and standards. Awareness of safety standards in plant. Subcontractor’s coordination with regards to their daily activities. Prepare all installation and selection documents for all mechanical equipment’s Prepare daily stock report details forecasts.

Witness the piping erection as per P&ID and isometric drawing, site erection & quality monitoring, general punch list. Handling manpower at site and distribute jobs to supervisors. Attend the safety meeting and counseling the work team at site. Working closely with project management & design team. Study of drawings & project specification. Monitoring the project site activities. Co-ordination and liaison with clients, consultants and other agencies working at project. To attend the site progress meetings. To prepare & update material log & work schedule as well as site inspection reports. To provide assistant in establishing the site office/store.Maintaining good and healthy relations with and between the various contractors/agencies working at site. Execute the site installation works as per company HSE and quality measures. Submit work inspection, material submittals, and technical submittals and get same approved from consultants, clients. Monitor the works at site and execute as per approved method statement, drawings and as per main contractor’s requirement. Assist pre commissioning and commissioning activities of piping systems completed include flange joint, leak test, air flushing, water flushing, nitrogen purging etc. Coordination for the Permit to work procedure with client, coordination for the site preparation etc.
