Report variances and suggestions for correction action. - Implement company production procedures in all Projects. - Develop, coach and motivate team members. - Keep up to date with industry best practices and where appropriate roll this out to the team. - Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental and other appropriate regulations.
