Job Responsibilities:•Inspection of Heavy duty Cable trays & Ladders installation LV, MV Category (internal MV Switchgear building cellar, external networks above pipe racks). • Installation of substation building multi cable transit MCTS LV & MV and instrumentation cables.• Installation of 11 KV MV Substation ( MV transformers 11KV/6.6KV,0.42 KV• Inspection of of 11 KV ,6.6KVMV Switchgear ,400 V LV switchgear , UPS Battery panels , Generator control panels , VSD Cabinets , etc. ………. • Inspection of MV, LV Cables pulling ,also insulation test (5KV MV Cables, 1 KV for LV Cables).• Inspected electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and need for adjustment or repair.• Apple to Technical study, understand different project drawings (SLD, , PIDS,Cable List, JBS details, wiring diagrams, • Instructed customers on proper use and safety of electrical systems and equipment.• Managed business report generation, recordkeeping and supply ordering.• Interpreted drawings, wiring diagrams, flow charts and written descriptions of project requirements.• Tested electrical systems functionality and continuity of circuits using devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters and oscilloscopes.• Installed ground leads and connected power cables to equipment.• Followed state and local building regulations based on National Electrical Code.
