Experienced as a part of Mega Complex Turnaround of OLEFINS TAM 2020 with 1.2M Man-hours. Provide Leadership in initiating, developing, communicating, organizing & execution for the TA project. Understand and follow the milestones of Turn around phases. Initial screening of job list & scope validation session to develop scope of work by accessing PM task list, based on previous history & by conducting workshop with inspection, operation & process team. Identify and develop plans for the critical path of the TA. Prepare job packages, ensuring the availability of spares and detailed contracting strategy. Processing SAP orders & notifications for all maintenance items. Create Purchase requisition for all external services further evaluating and clarification of bids technically. Preparing & organizing TA reports for managements and discuss overall progress, risk identified and challenges. Identify any SHE critical deferments required related to TA items and raise deferments request to operation. Continuous monitoring on Pre TA activities, Mobilization & logistics requirement. Responsible to prepare organization & present execution meeting during Pre TA and during the execution. Function as field coordinator, tracking & Updating of daily progress report & identify any potential slippage risk and mitigation plans during the execution Processing of SES and clearing vendor invoices at work; monitoring completion and financial closing of work orders on a timely basis

Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment’s, Dissembling, Servicing and Assembling of twinro mirlees stripping pumps, Gate valves & butterfly valves. Resealing of hydraulic cylinders and swivels of the mechanical loading arm Maintenance of the belt conveyor system.
