- Doing presales activities for HP and DELL computing in which I respond to HP PSG and IPG customer request and also DELL Desktops, workstations and Laptops requests to provide the proper product that matches customer requirements.- Designing Avaya Unified Communication and Contact Center solutions as per customer requirements and providing the ASD configuration.- Doing presales activities for Cisco Borderless Solutions in which I respond to customer requests of switches, routers and wireless products to provide the proper product that matches customer requirements. I do also provide the configuration using CCW tool from Cisco.- Doing presales activities for Structured Cabling and data center Solutions. I do Site surveys to provide the proper solution for the Structured Cabling and data center including copper and fiber as per customer requirements and finally provide complete Bill Of Materials (BOM) for the solution.

- Doing presales activities for fiber optic networks. Design of fiber optic networks for different applications such as data networks, CCTV and Industrial applications infrastructures that include passive network and fiber optic transceivers.- Design of FTTH solutions - based on GEPON technology- for both passive and active components and define the final BOM as per customer requirements for thousands of users per one project. - Presenting FTTH technology in front of the consultants and customers. - Contacting FTTH vendors for active components such as Mitsubishi Electric to get technical consultancy and quotations.- Presenting Fiber Optic Monitoring systems in front of the consultants. - Contacting Fiber Optic Monitoring systems vendor ( LANCIER MONITORING ). - Contacting manufacturers of Fiber optic Cables, accessories and fiber optic transceivers for technical consultancy and quotations.- Doing marketing and sales activities of fiber optic networks in which : * Define market segments related to company products and services. * Arrange for meeting with targeted prospects and do presenting the company in front of the key decision makers and technical managers. * Preparing of quotations as per customer requirements. * Follow up with prospects and customers quotations.- Targeted customers were system integrators Teleco carriers and automation companies ….
