Responsible (Design and execute) for any MCM (Management of Change Modifications which related to the DCS and ESD systems).Technical Deviations/Design Decisions - Assists in the steps to determine issue, define problem, and identify the pros and cons of multiple solutions.Commission/Turnover Support - Assists in the creation of testing and/or commissioning guides. Assists in providing testing and/or commission support to field personnel. As- building - Assists in marking up field documents and verifying mark ups. Assist in incorporating field mark ups into final drawing review.Keeping the DCS/ESD system in a good healthy level by carrying out a preventive maintenance periodically, providing a plan to upgrade the SW/HW that it need to be upgraded before it gets obsolete.Coordinate between the different departments to provide a solution/improvement for existing logics/loops.Provide a technical assistant for the production team during the SD/Startup and during the plant process upset.Provide and enhancing all systems reports kind which requested by the different departments (Process, production and HSSE ) Assists in preparing engineering calculations, engineering analyses, and engineering studies. Assists in writing final report and makes recommendations.
