Projects:1-Suez Steel Plant. 30000 ton2- El-Burullus Black sand Project (offshore project) 6500 ton3-Centeral Bank of Egypt in New Capital.4000 ton4- Beet Canal Sugar factory in Minya. 6000 ton5-Ghabbour Service Centre.6-HB Fuller Factory 800 ton7-MDF Factory.1300 ton8-International Olympic city.Roles & Responsibilities:•Manage the project team including Engineers and inspectors on sites and factories for all projects. • Review Erection and fabrication shop drawings with IFC drawings. • Review all MTCs for all materials which used for the projects. • Supervise all daily work performed by the contractors to insure its conformance with the project specifications. • Supervise and audit all tests needed by the project specification or local regulations on all work activities and approve the results. • Contact the Client Representative in case a discrepancy is noted between the performed works and the project drawings and/or specifications and in case a major change in the project drawings or specifications is deemed necessary to suit the site conditions. • Present any needed details to the contractor to solve any problems that may arise during daily work activities. • Perform quality assurance system as given in company Site Supervision Manual. • Monitoring project schedules and progress. • Attending all steering meetings with project stakeholders. • Perform the necessary coordination between Site and Main office. • Approving NCRs and punch lists. • Reviewing QC plan and ITP. • Reviewing and approving method statement, procedures, lifting plans. • Issue and reply to all correspondences to ensure Company rights are adequately protected.

• Coordinate work between inner departments and make it operate reasonably and smoothly• Coordinate work between JGS and Client, consultant, etc• Coordinate work between JGS and subcontractors and vendors.• In charge of Claim work for cost, schedule, etc • In charge of procurement the required materials with professional ways. • Coordinate and monitor the construction department to avoid any issues especially cost wise.• Control of the scope of the work• Optimum use of design and construction firms’ skills and talents• Avoidance of delays, changes and disputes• Enhancement of project design and construction quality• Optimum flexibility in contracting and procurement• Cash flow management• Establishes and manages project administration and ensures resource adherence to prescribed contract requirements, specifications and ensures communications and coordination with affected assets during the construction phase and stakeholder progress reporting.• Responsible for taking design concepts, completes detailed designs, and progresses with construction.• Monitoring the painting department to control the wastage rates• Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers • Managing and interpreting customer requirements • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs • Calculating client quotations • Negotiating tender and contract terms

Factory activates:• Study the contract carefully to create a project charter and the statement of work in order to have a clear vision of this contract to clarify the scope to avoid the scope creep.• Preparing Project Initiation documentation. • Identify the stakeholders and put them in the stakeholder register then make a communication chart.• Plan and schedule projects by developing a project master schedule in line with the contract requirements through the application of the Ms Project software to understand the project deliverables, milestones and required tasks• Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of each project (weekly/monthly). Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.• Monitors work sequence and activity durations for a specific discipline or specialty. Works with performing organization units to maintain interdisciplinary constraints or interfaces that define activity sequences• Supports cost data analysis and development.• Prepare Invoices.• Follow-up raw material shipping.• Follow-up, check & certify subcontractors invoices.• Coordinate between all departments.• Comparison the price offers between competitors companies to get the best offer.• Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources. • Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports. • Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations. • Updating project plans to include agreed changes. • Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets. Site activates:• Computed the time and resources needed for achieving the targets• Demanded the construction superintendent about the equipments and materials• Categorized the tasks and assigned each worker specific task and procedure to accomplish it• Monitored consistently the actual progress of the assigned tasks
