• Working as Manager – Title projects, managing Project implementation and Operations. • Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics. Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate process quality randomly for current process.• Ensure new process Procedures and SOP are defined as per client requirement. Facilitate teams to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification. • Developed and implemented process solutions to improve operational efficiency & Quality standard adherence. • Developed process workflow and design along with Operations team in accordance to the client requirement. • Lead the team that will be responsible for project assessments, and project design. • Analyse operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements. • Prepare business projects reports for management and customers. Maintain and update all the process related reports for reference purposes. • Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
