To plan, coordinate & ensure un-interrupted availability of feed stock i.e. Imported / Local Crude Oil and Condensate Procurement for refining at Refinery.To co-ordinate & supervise supply of Fuel Products with demand of Oil Marketing Companies (OMC’s) with the objective to achieve Monthly / Quarterly /Annual Sales targets.To monitor the sales & recovery of products with OMC’s as per policy guidelines, terms & conditions of the contractual agreements.To review, check and approve and To plan, arrange & co-ordinate timely export of surplus Naphtha whereby ensuring smooth operation of the Refinery.To Monitor sales of LPG to major Marketing Companies as per agreement term & condititions To Monitor sales of ASPHALT to Government / Semi Government / Private Road building contractors and Highway Authorities.To Monitor sales of Slack waxes to endueser industriesTo Monitor distribution/sales of Lube Base Oils (LBOS) to Lube Reclamation & Blending & Marketing Companies as per MOP&NR policy To co-ordinate NRL’s Corporate and Sales promotion advertisements. • To co-ordinate & liaison with Oil Companies (OMC’s), LPG Marketing Companies, LBO Reclamation & Blending plants, Asphalt Users, Saudi Aramco (Imported Crude Oil Suppliers) / OGDC,PPL,ENI, UEPL, OMV & others (,Local Crude Oil & Condensate Suppliers ) and their Carriers ( NLC & PNSC) , Crude Oil & Naphtha Export Surveyors, MOP&NR and Oil Companies Advisory Committee (OCAC).
