 Drive Six Sigma journey from formulating the deployment strategy, clarifying the roles and responsibilities, providing the road map and transformation. Project identification by drilling down the business objectives to individual project CTQs End-to-End project mentoring for implementation of Six Sigma, Lean Methodology and other Quality Management systems Conducting Green belts & Yellow belts trainings on a frequent basis.  Imparting Metrics and High Maturity practices trainings to support CMMi on a frequent basis.  Creation and implementation of high maturity practices – Process performance baseline (PPB), Process performance model (PPM)- Mandatory requirement of CMMI Level 4  Handholding customers till achieving project targets  Regularly provide project status updates to DU Head, project sponsor and stakeholders. Successfully manage project timeline and deliverables.  Ensure the transfer of new solutions or processes into ongoing operations.  Participate in the deployment of other performance improvement methodologies. Participate in KM initiatives (e.g. teach Intro to Six Sigma, publish articles on various aspects of performance excellence).  Provide support on departmental ad hoc projects or analysis. Process Performance & prediction models for software estimations. Participating in RFP and Large deals. Utilizing exposure of Application software- MS office, MINITAB. Participating in CMMi v1.2 L-3 & 5 assessment from Quality and Training dept as Functional Area Representative. Handling organization level CSAT (Customer Satisfaction). Planning, Monitoring, Tracking and ensuring the implementation of action plan to fulfill the identified Gaps at project and engagement level.
