Warehouse Coordinator
Current• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth logistical processes. • Inspecting condition of received goods and as per order.• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.• Determining proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse performance for management review.• Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for handling hazardous or fragile items.• Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics providers to schedule deliveries and track shipments.
