Responsibilities include:- To coordinate & provide competent advice to Project & Site Management Team and Contractors on EHS in accordance with company & Legal requirements. To conduct EHS Induction Training to newly joined staff, Contractors, and Visitors.  To conduct other EHS informational and educational sessions.  Prepare and implement a Site-specific EHS Plan & Emergency response plan.  To prepare the checklists for jobs involving high risk. Conduct Monthly contractors' EHS Evaluation. Develop project-specific conditions of contract for HSE in alignment with the client’s policies and procedures and clients expectations. Update Environment Aspect & Impact register. Update & Prepare Legal Register & its compliance report. Weekly Site EHS Inspection with senior team leaders. To conduct Internal Audits & Inspections for EHS Management System, Permit to work System,  Prepare & submit the SHE Submittal report to the Client every month. To maintain an effective working relationship with the external client and contacts. To work as an active member of the Safety Committee. Organized & actively participated in the Monthly SHE Committee meeting. To planning, Organized & celebrating National Safety Day/Week, Fire Safety Week, World Environment Day & World AIDS Day, etc. to create EHS awareness among the project team. Active participated along with the project team for preparing HIRA as per site activities. Conduct safety training/Mock drill/Demo with project team members & contractors. Maintain documentation as per OHSAS 18001-2007 standard. Inspection & checking of lifting & earth moving equipment. Inspecting of the work site for identifying the unsafe act & unsafe conditions with investigating accidents including near-miss cases. Prepare weekly and Monthly EHS Statistics report. Implement LOTO Process while LOTO works.
