- Responsible for managing the distribution operations and functions of ADVOCURE Company within the Egyptian market.- Actively works with various Supply Chain & Commercial functions with optimal distribution strategies. - Establish partnership with wholesalers and retailers.- Involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.- Project manager for the establishment of ADVOCURE advanced warehouse in El Obour city.- Oversee warehouse operations.- Oversee the transportation of goods from production site to consumer to client.- Develop and implement a logistics process.- Inventory goods that arrive from manufacturer.- Review and approve purchase orders.- Ship finished products.- Handle incoming raw materials.- Devise routes for shipments.- Deploy truck drivers.- Direct the activities of logistics division.- Collaborate with marketing executives to ensure that new products reach the rightmarkets at the optimal time.- Ensure goods are stored properly and at the right storage conditions.- Conduct market research to learn about the demand for different goods. Convincewholesalers and retailers to carry their products.- Determine what goods sell best to commercial businesses and consumers.- Decide appropriate quantities of items to stock. - Collaborate with supply planning to ensure inventory maintains optimal levels.- Manage Sales Order To Cash Cycle.- Negotiate contracts and prices.

• Supervision on the preparation of sales orders & managing the relation with different distributers. • Supervision on inspection of shipments to verify its conformance to purchase order specifications.• Follow all GMP and product requirements e.g. the name, code and quantity of received materials before starting to deliver the materials for the production processes to ensure adherence to product specifications.• Participate in Plan-Do-Review process to maximize the efficiency of work without compromising the safety or quality of the product.• Ensure the implementation of GMP rules and regulations, AZ guidelines, procedures, and instructions.• Ensure that all related SHE (safety, health, and environment) assessments are read and executed.• Respond to any observation during internal or external audit or inspection and correct on time.
