 Participate in Establishing operational risk management (ORM) framework & Policy. Develop internal procedures for ORM. Assist in establishing internal losses database. Collect& analyze ORM incident reports from all business units. Help in Conducting ORM awareness sessions to bank members ( about 2000 employees – 102 sessions ) Provide guidance and assistance to the business in preparing the Process Maps &Process map Presentation. Preparing risk profile for NBE functions (preparing risk and control assessment workshops, risk questionnaire, generate list of risks and controls that can be discussed & assessed during the workshop, follow up action plan…etc.). Issuing & Circulating lessons learned to spot the repeated & critical Incidents reported that may have a negative impact on the bank

 Attracting new business banking clients to optimize the bank's assets, trade finance, and liabilities, while also promoting cross-selling of additional bank products. Maintain strong relationships with current Business Banking clients to maximize NBE market share across all relevant products. Conduct research and assess clients' creditworthiness , create Executive Summaries for new cases or inquiries, identifying customer needs and offering appropriate product programs in accordance with credit product policies. Collaborate with the Risk team to conduct thorough credit assessments for borrowing clients, ensuring a high-quality portfolio. Develop credit scoring models to forecast risks accurately Authorize or decline loan applications, considering credibility, potential revenues, and potential losses. Engage in negotiations with clients regarding loan terms , pricing, facilities, and terms with clients, finalizing agreements before referring the case to Business Banking Risk for final recommendation. Oversee payment monitoring processes.
