Job Description:-Responsible for specifying the standard Cost for all the products in factory. Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing monthly reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Maintaining Cost Accounting System. Report variances and their root causes on monthly basis. Prepare the standard costs by Plant for all products based on budget and Manufacturing Bill of Materials.Prepare the decision making analysis requested by the Management.Examines and reviews unusual cost records and ensures cost data is allocated correctly. Coordinate with other functions to gather the required data for budget preparation.Prepare different budget scenarios with the supporting assumptions and documents.Prepare the annual factory budget and discuss with the top management.Communicate the approved budget details to the respective functions.Discuss the deviation reports with the involved parties and agree on the corrective actions.Recommend new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits.Prepare ad-hoc analysis when required.

Job Description:-Issue monthly inventory stocks balance report, inventory turnover report.Supervises the reconciliation of book balances in stores with actual inventory and adjusts the differences.Coding items in the stores.Oversees the control of the materials received for the stores and record and review their value.Follow up the movement of warehouse additions quantity and price.Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close.Work with the materials review board to locate and dispose of obsolete inventory.Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts.Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
