The Track Partnership is part of the Renewals Division of Balfour Beatty Rail (UK) aimed to consistently deliver high quality, on-time track renewals for London Underground.My role is to plan and deliver points & crossing and track renewals. Managing the Command and Control operations and supporting the Site Manager in the provision of information for planned engineering projects scheduled at London Underground sites. key responsibilities: Manage logistical set up of worksite. Maintain up to date information/status boards and IT systems. Site issues monitoring – safety, trains, plant, resources and programme. Ensure accidents/incidents are handled in accordance to protocol. Maintain regular contact with the Site Managers and obtain updates on the progression of work for live update system. Report on 4-hourly progress meetings and manage regular email/text alerts for Track Partnership representatives. Liaise with senior management on work site status, achievements of milestones and mitigation.

Attending clients on an ad-hoc basis at Data Room/IT Admin settings to provide technical support and assistance. Familiarising promptly with Client data and policies, systems and procedures, using research, IT skills, analytical and evaluation skills.

• Application and maintenance/repair of specialist mobility equipment.• Designing components to be custom made via an external contractor.• Liaise with external contractor for orders, maintaining quality control and technical support.• Training of two new personnel for the technicians post.• Starter/refresher equipment training for all wheelchair services staff.• Provide in-house technical support for Therapists.• Provide Emergency call out repairs for high priority clients.• Responsible for Reporting incidents and Conducting repairs in accordance with Medical Devices Alert(MDA) instructions
