Responsibilities:- .Cleaning the guest rooms, vacuuming, bed making, bathroom cleaning, fill up supplies and other extra cleaning inside the room..Taking care of our equipment..Checking the VIP rooms from our report and giving the first priority to the guests..Maintain the pantry, guests’ corridor and lift landing areas with hotel standards, reporting to the .respective team leader if there is anything wrong..Deposit the guest lost and found to the security..How to handle the guests complain..Guests request should be handling within 10 minutes..Reporting the discrepancy to the coordinator..Checking the room its impression to the guest. Duties and Responsibilities:-.working as a Housekeeping Supervisor of a 148 rooms 5 star property including 33 suites . In charge to supervise, control and train 50 employees including Room Attendants, Housemen, Public Area Attendants, Florists and Housekeeping associates..In charge for scheduling pest control, training and monthly inventories. Inspecting guestrooms, public area and associate areas to ensure they are clean and well maintained all the marbles floor and counter, as well as carpets in the public areas..Evaluating continuously the performance of the employees and counsels them in case of any deviations..Implementation of daily 5-minute training during the line-up to enhance guestroom cleanliness as well as public areas..Determining and maintaining the department work schedule and ensuring proper preparation..Ensuring the proper maintenance of all equipment’s, making arrangements for repairing and replacing of used and damaged equipment’s..Working closely with outside vendors such as Labor Agencies to assure flawless operation.
