Due diligence - Design - build - Maintenance of Restaurants, Offices and retail stores.

* Project planning and management of office builds, refurbishments, moves and the cyclical redecorations (external and internal) management.* Sourcing contractors for building refurbishments and ensuring work is completed to standard and within the budget.* All hard and soft services including cleaning contracts, security and mechanical/electrical/building maintenance.* Building fabric maintenance, fixtures and fittings repair.* Mechanical services repair and renewal management.* Business continuity planning.* Statutory requirement testing.* Health & safety management.* Calculating and compiling costs for required goods and services.* Liaising with estate Landlords and local authorities.* Responsible for a call-out system for emergencies, security and alarm-related call-outs.* Fire safety procedures and compliance.* Ensuring site is secure Key Skills.* Project management - experience of delivering projects on budget/time.* Working knowledge of procurement and negotiation and management of external contracts.* Previous experience of managing a facilities/office services department.* Good knowledge of electrical engineering, compressed dry air systems, chilled water systems and gas systems.* Working experience of health & safety management (IOSH or NEBOSH a qualified).* Managing quality and/or environmental management systems.
