Responsibilities Covered:• Developing & making amendment of new HR policies, approaches, organogram, procedures• Administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems• Talent acquisition, grooming, training, culture development, retention & facilitation • HR budgeting & analyzing resource requirements, gap analysis, need analysis & hiring decision making • Implementing organization development process step by stepThese responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:• Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program• Creating and revising job descriptions• Conducting annual salary & satisfaction surveys• Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s performance evaluation program(360 Degree),performance benefits administration• Maintaining affirmative action programs• Overseeing hiring process including writing and placing job ads, online examination, script checking both manually & using software (AI)• Conducting new employee orientations and training session (BOC)• Employee engagement programs, award, recognition• Employee counseling & overseeing exit interviews• Maintaining department records and reports in an electronic method• Participating & arranging meetings with all TL, HOD, CXO’s• Monitoring of all QMS-ISO-9001:2015, ISMS-27001:2013 related procedure & audit
