My latest research focuses on therapeutic area of autoimmune diseases and rare diseases. Hands-on experience developing and executing in vitro immunology or immuno-oncology assays, including cell based, molecular and/or biochemical approaches with expertise in T-cell biology, myeloid biology and immunoregulation. Extensive experience on the role of the brush-border enzyme Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase (IAP) in the maintenance of normal homeostasis of intestinal microbiota, which is relate to autoimmunity as well as metabolic syndroms.
