Currently serving as System and Infrastructure Engineer with a passion for designing and developing enterprise infrastructure that delivers expected performance while ensuring the highest levels of availability and consistency. Focus on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the entire enterprise infrastructure for an in house developed on-premise ERP system used by 18k Officers serving more than 7-million clients in all over 3073 branches in Bangladesh.My responsibilities also include administering all Windows 2022, 2016 & 2012R2, and Linux systems for production, staging, and test environments within organization. Enforce user and service security based policy, GPO policy, enforce schedule for DB backup and restore, and handle various service administrations such as Active directory, DNS, IIS, NTP, MSSQL 2019 & 2022, Office 365 with MS Teams and One Drive support, Sophos InterceptX with MDR for server and XDR for end-points, Commvault Backup Solutions, VMWare, Hyper-V, GIT, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, Libert NMS, and others. Responsible for making and publishing technical specifications through various technical activities, working directly with OEMs and local vendors to ensure cost-effective IT procurement. Additionally, review technical papers and relevant documents before PO, install and configure newly purchased products or services as planned, migrate old systems, and deploy new systems in both physical and virtual environments. Also, integrate and administer in-house developed microservices with OS and AV, troubleshoot any incidents regarding the system or service at the earliest possible time, and monitoring system and applications performance via NMS, SolarWind SAM and NPM, DPA, App Optics and others open source tools.With my extensive technical expertise and strong communication skills, I am able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex problems, implement effective solutions, and maintain high levels of system performance.
