Identifying competitors in each and every brand comparing their prices, their supplies with that of ours .Comparing the physical appearances of category, and Area allocation per brand of competitors.Space Management: Analyze space allocation Brand-wise with respect to the Sales generated, Stock capacity & Season, sales / sft, contribution / sft. Increase or decrease space allocation and make alteration of fittings on the basis of such analyses.
