The main duties are referred to as: • Inspect and monitor the construction and activity progress of the NEPS-SEPS 220KV D/C, duplex conductor Transmission Line with 363.8 KM rout length such as (TL rout survey, Soil resistivity test, Tower grounding installation, and testing, tower structure erection, tower insulator hanging, ACSR stringing, ACSR Conductor clipping and sagging, ACSR Compression Joints consisting Dead End Joints and Mid Span Joints, ACSR joints resistance measurement, OPGW stringing and OTDR testing) to ensure adherence to approved drawings and Project Technical specification.• Regular site visits to project locations and provide reports about work quality and Site Inspectors assigned there.• Controlling site inspectors assigned to the 220 KV D/C Transmission Line project to ensure that the project activity is in compliance with the project specifications, standards/codes and provide technical assistance to professional-level engineering staff. • Updating the project tracking tools and providing the weekly/monthly reports to the Tt Senior Management and CMS.

The main duties are referred to as :• Inspect and monitor route survey of 220KV D/C, duplex conductor Transmission Line of NEPS-SEPS Connector TLs with five transmission lines, length 363.8KM from Ghazni to Kandahar Eastespecially in charge for 56.8 KM.• Inspect and monitor the construction and activity progress of the 220KV D/C, duplex conductor Transmission Line with 110.8 KM route length from the Arghandi district of Kabul to Ghazni Province such as (TL rout survey, Soil resistivity test, Tower grounding installation and testing, tower structure erection, tower insulator hanging, ACSR stringing, ACSR Conductor clipping and sagging, ACSR Compression Joints consisting Dead End Joints and Mid Span Joints, ACSR joints resistance measurement, OPGW stringing and OTDR testing) to ensure adherence to approved drawings and Project Technical specification. • Monitor activity progress and Inspect the Testing and Commissioning of 220/20 KV Substation such as (Power Transformer, CT, CVT, CB, DS, ES, SA, Switchgears, CP, RP, SAS, DC Battery Banks with inverters and rectifiers, Power cables, Control Cables as well as Substation Grounding and other assigned task.
