Went on a journey of after-school to beyond school. -During the Covid, the Summer Bridge Program was developed to address learning loss in 40 classrooms by creating differentiated learning packets for English, Math, and SEL. Collaborated with Involve (NGO), onboarded 62 student mentors for the program; completed the program with 80 NPS and 75% satisfaction rate by students; impacted 900+ students. -

Secured a grant of 20L and won changelooms fellowship with a grant of 2.8L for the organization -Helped scale Raabta: STP by actively partnering with stakeholders, ultimately impacting learning outcomes of 12K students by capacity building 500+ teachers and 100+ school leaders with three full-time team members and four part-time members.-Developed the vision of Raabta 2.0 and led the team towards building programs aligned to the same. -Took an exit close to completing five years in the organization. -
