-Developed the organization from its inception- built a network of four high-quality learning centers across Pune.-Led program design, team building, fundraising, branding & positioning for the organization.-Raised 2 Cr across three years to build a leadership team of five individuals and thirty-two staff members with 450+ children enrolled across the centers.-All of our 450+ children showed learning growth of 2x in one year, children completed programs in labs, five of our girls got selected for avasara and three children cracked PMC scholarship exam. -Built a solid and credible advisory support system involving prominent philanthropists, educators, and development sector professionals. -Developed Center of Excellence integrating the idea and model of an after-school space that challenges the current norms and status quo around after-school. Went on a journey of after-school to beyond school. -During the Covid, the Summer Bridge Program was developed to address learning loss in 40 classrooms by creating differentiated learning packets for English, Math, and SEL. Collaborated with Involve (NGO), onboarded 62 student mentors for the program; completed the program with 80 NPS and 75% satisfaction rate by students; impacted 900+ students.

-Selected as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence in the first cohort of The Circle's flagship Incubation program.-Completed a high-rigor design, prototype, and execution phase for the incubation. -Launched the flagship Center of Excellence as part of the Incubation.-Built a network of donors, supporters, designers, and educators who would be part of the organization.-Was one of the highest performing Entrepreneurs @The Circle incubation.

-Built the organization and our flagship program, Raabta- School Transformation Program, from its inception. -Scaled the program from two to thirty-two schools in India and facilitated the scale of the program in East Africa (Tanzania & Kenya) for fifteen schools. -Co-led the design team to develop a global school transformation framework, developed the vision, strategy, design, and the team for Education System design. -Led the fundraising of the organizational annual budget of 13L and 22L in the years 2019-20 and 2020-21 by finding donors and creating proposals and budgets with measurable outcomes aligned to donor requirements for Raabta: STP. -Took the budgets from 25L to 4 Cr across multiple programs and initiatives like Raabta Model School, School Innovation Challenge, Raabta School Enhancement Program, and STEM Development in Schools. -Co-created organizational strategy, OKRs, theory of change, and program design and helped the curriculum team with curriculum development, helped in developing an implementation strategy and finding partner schools in remote geographies of Kashmir, Kargil, and Uttar Pradesh-Won IIM Banglore’s NSRCEL incubation for social innovation came in the top 9 out of 350 organizations. Secured a grant of 20L and won changelooms fellowship with a grant of 2.8L for the organization -Helped scale Raabta: STP by actively partnering with stakeholders, ultimately impacting learning outcomes of 12K students by capacity building 500+ teachers and 100+ school leaders with three full-time team members and four part-time members.-Developed the vision of Raabta 2.0 and led the team towards building programs aligned to the same. -Took an exit close to completing five years in the organization.

-Taught and led 109 students of Grade 3,4 & 7, leading to the growth of 20% in math mastery, and 40% of students bridge their grade gap and attained grade level-Met the goal of 100% access to students in the second month of fellowship leading to 95% attendance and engagement consistently through consistent parent intervention -Designed long term academic plans, unit plans, and differentiated lesson plans catering to the needs of children at different learning levels; created a math objective-wise outcome-driven accelerated curriculum to bridge the learning gap-Launched school level initiatives in collaboration with PMC staff and TFI fellows to bring school level reforms; created and executed school level database, school-level parent engagement program, and capacity building of 8 PMC teachers -Launched the project ‘No Child left behind’ and ensured 98% access across all classrooms (Jr.Kg-7th) and attendance reached 90%; 98% attendance in the unit and terminal assessments (Jr.Kg-7th)

-Collected data to analyze the effectiveness of Nashik District Transformation Program by Leadership for Equity to study and analyze year on year impact through the pre-post method of analysis -Conducted Interviews with the program team, leadership team, and design team to understand the gaps between the ideated model and the actual implementation of the project on the ground

-Raised 5L and 10L in subsequent years as seed funding to start-up in the first year and scaled it in year two; the institute did revenue of 18L and 52L in following years with a net profit of 10% and 22% in years 2018-19 & 2019-20 respectively-Developed frameworks, systems, and processes for the after-school institute (LIT Academy) to effectively lead a team of 12 and 22 educators who taught 103 and 225 students in two academic years. The institute primarily had the students of Grade 8th- 12th who got after school support; developed second-tier & third-tier leadership for the institute -Developed a self-study mechanism and a program ‘Rahnuma’, which increased academic performance of all students by an average of 9% and 14% increase in their academic scores in their standard school exams; trained ten mentors to execute ‘Ranhuma’ in two schools as a pilot to test a B2B model

-Implemented two programs, ‘Reach and Teach’ and ‘Foothpathshala’ in three centers across Pune, impacting 200+ students cumulatively; worked with street children under project foothpathshala-Developed a team of 6 volunteers to work at three centers, developed operational plans for smooth operations
