With a rich professional background, I bring a solid foundation in structural design principles, construction methodologies, and a proven track record in Detailed Engineering Assessments (DEA).DEA Expertise:I have gained valuable expertise in DEA through active participation in audits conducted by renowned Structural Safety Recognition Authorities such as RSC, Mott MacDonald, Bureau Veritas, and ELEVATE. These experiences have equipped me to address a spectrum of DEA-related challenges and implement effective solutions.Project Achievements:1. Designed and received approval for a steel wash shed, constructed under the scrutiny of Mott MacDonald.2. Conducted a successful assessment of an 8-story building at Sewtech Fashion Ltd., obtaining approval from Mott MacDonald and progressing through the approval process at RSC.3. Engaged in the approval process for an 8-story building and all ancillary of Hop Lun Apparels, currently undergoing scrutiny.4. Contributed to the Design Review and Drawing of the Establishment of WTP and DTW in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpa Nagar. This extensive project includes structures such as Wash Water Regulating Tank, Chemical Building, Chlorine Building, Sludge Collection Pump Station, Sludge Thickener, Electric Building, Administrative Building, Office Quarter, Staffs Quarter, Warehouse, and Guard Room. Client: Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority, Consultant: Institute of Water Modelling (IWM).5. Successfully completed the Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) for a 04 Storied Factory Building and all ancillary structures (Steel and RCC) in the Factory of BIDI Apparels LTD. The DEA for the project was approved by ELEVATE.Key Qualifications:1. Proficient in utilizing structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, RAM Connection, IDEA StatiCa) for accurate and efficient calculations, ensuring compliance with design codes and standards.2. Expert in structural design, demonstrating creativity and innovation in developing solutions for various building types.3. Experienced in designing steel and concrete structures, prioritizing safety, functionality, and cost efficiency.4.
