As a Facility engineer of facilities management services, overseeing MEP, Kitchen, Civil, Landscape, Irrigation, Waste Management, and Event management, including MEP designing review and renovation work, joinery work, Pest control, and all civil related work. Also responsible for, fit-out & renovation work within properties, like building, infrastructure, drainage systems, swimming pools, clubs, gyms, parking areas, and party halls, and engineering workshops.• Liaison teams of supervisors, chargehands, skilled and unskilled technicians, and sub contractors’ labourers.• Work in coordination with our management and consultant engineers for necessary progress and updates. Managing daily maintenance needs to ensure the team is always on the right task and track• Carrying out a preventative maintenance program that creates a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for our colleagues and guests.• Helping to prepare the departmental budget and keeping tight control of expenses.• Leading club renovations and other projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.• Maintaining good working relationships with outside contractors.• Planning the inventory to ensure the stock and the control of damaged stocks while optimizing the costs.• Assisted in managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing water treatment, electrical and life safety systems. • Dealing with all equipment suppliers for periodic and emergency servicing and repairs.• Keeps equipment maintained and operating at optimum effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.• Involved in procurement-related work.• Timed delivery of projects under pressure.• Prepare the Site Inspection Reports, the scope of works, the Bill of Quantities, and cost estimation.• Budget Forecasting for both Capex and OPEX• Event organization management.• Schedule a kick-off meeting with the awarded contractor and discuss the scope of work.

• Facility managed as an Asst. Engineer.• Ensure department operations comply with applicable outside agency rules and regulations.• Coordinate with internal legal and environmental groups to ensure correct compliance application.• Assess and identify opportunities to reduce and prevent risk.• Managing & Provide Emergency Support to 8 venues in south cluster.• Carry out PPM & CM Audits.• To Prepare and Review MEP Job Plans in Co-ordination with Planning Committee.• Manage subcontractors in their works and ensure their works are performed at the desired level of quality, standards and complete in target time.• Review installation of MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting Equipment works.• Attend all breakdown complaints.• Follow-up with the contractors on all service orders for any requirement of materials, review quotes, process purchase orders.• Ensure that daily progress reports are produced with regards to MEP works.• For any Project or improvement work, Prepare scope of work, liaise with contractor for cost submit recommendation to client and manage the project at site for closure.• Perform emergency support duty, if required.• Check periodically for potential areas for energy savings opportunities.

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.• Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians.• Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.• Participate in coordinaton of projects (e.g. renovations).• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulationsComplying with all health and safety standards.• Maintaining key control.
