eGenerator is an eMarketing platform which is exclusively available to Antalis Premium Resellers, where they can access ready to use campaign templates such as newsletters, product news, new product launch, events awareness and promotions.My responsibilities are;• Developing, deploying and coordinating e-campaigns, to support the Antalis Premium Club Resellers across Europe. I manage the translations of these activities for 16 countries in 11 languages.• Content creation for all the campaigns including imagery and text for all Antalis strategic product brands such as Xerox, Image, Data Copy, Pioneer and Color Copy.• I manage and present in monthly meeting with the European Network which comprises of local country, Marketing and Product Managers. Ensure that programmes are fully deployed and understood at local level and results are monitored and published.• Introduce the eGenerator platform to Resellers with the aim to register them to the platform. Since the acquisition of Xerox Ltd, by Antalis International in 2013 my role and responsibilities include;• WorkIng with Office Product Managers and Product Managers within other Antalis sectors to develop a portfolio of programmes, tacticals and cross selling opportunities that would be attractive for B2B and B2C customers.• Launch programmes quarterly and providing sufficient time for 46 countries to build into their operational schedule.• Develop, deploy, coordinate and drive innovate marketing programmes, to support the Antalis Office growth plan. This includes the pricing strategy, product development and marketing positioning.• Create an Office Programmes calendar and publish to all stakeholders regularly. • Utilise ecommerce and automotive process to streamline deployment and monitoring.• Create emarketing campaigns targeting customers using the eCircle/Get Response communication platforms.• Measure the success through well-defined KPI's and ensure feedback to all countries.• Develop programmes for each country to support and grow the number of resellers and share of business through the reseller channel.• Support the introduction of a loyalty scheme, tools and promotions to support this growth.• Support the development of the (Antalis Premium Partner Programme) for trade partners and identify, create awareness, evaluate and push business growth opportunities to them.• Develop effective sales programmes, marketing tools, promotions, e-marketing, collaterals, training material to support the reseller.

My job entailed the implementation of marketing and sales initiatives in order to increase brand awareness, sales and market share. In 2010 – 2013, I managed the Xerox Supplies Portal. The project involved the development and deployment of a website that was dedicated to Resellers across 16 European countries in 11 languages. The marketing strategy for the Xerox Supplies Portal was to provide a platform for Xerox Authorised Resellers where we could support them, reward them and help them grow their business.The platform had many deliverables and regular downstream activities which I managed and developed for our resellers to have free access to, these included;• Website creation, including banners, landing pages and content writing. All of which had to be tracked and in keeping with the Xerox brand identity.• Reseller emailing tool called eGenerator. This excellent emailing tool enabled resellers to build product awareness, launch new products and make special offers to their customers. This tool was free to every reseller that signed up to the Xerox Supplies Portal. • Development of the product offers, product awareness campaigns and product training.• Creation of product range brochure, product specification sheets and adverts by using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.• Recording training using Brainshark.• Implementation, tracking and reporting of viewed pages using Google Analytics. • General maintenance included regularly updating the Xerox Supplies Portal website with product launches, Xerox News, training, promotions and general maintenance. • Present the strategy and all new developments to 16 countries Managers and Marketing Managers on a monthly basis by conference call and WebEx.
