> Managing all aspects of the web development team, including line management and project management where appropriate. > Develop and oversee the development processes ensuring that the web development team develops systems/code to agreed timescales, quality and in line with their agreed priorities > Manage the development aspects for the Optimum Technologies website and associated.> Ensuring development standards are met at all times and security is maintained. > Design, schedule and deliver new and enhanced portal applications according to priorities agreed with the group infrastructure programme manager.> Build, test, implement and maintain web-based applications/services, troubleshooting web application and infrastructure problems to reach resolution as required. > Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve the quality of our website/portal and supporting infrastructure. > Ensure that technical documentation is created and maintained to a high standard. > Develop an understanding of existing information systems and consider opportunities for future development for web/portal solutions. > Keep abreast of new technology for future-proofing applications and infrastructure, sharing knowledge with colleagues as appropriate. > Carry out risk analysis of introducing new technology for development and infrastructure, and liaise with CSIRT (in-house team) to ensure suitable security as required on web developments.> Monitor the ongoing performance of web applications and infrastructure.

• Track and report the status of projects on various teams, acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to appropriate teams while ensuring that project scope is adequately defined.• Demonstrate leadership abilities to our commercial and government clients with the deployment of software enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules. • Demonstrate a software plan that meets the future needs of our commercial and government clients on technical challenges of industry demands. • Serve as the technical lead in all client meetings which have implemented ICT Solutions Limited products & services. • Evolve the existing software system applications and architecture in various areas as needed. • Lead the execution of the development pipeline and delivery of the organization‘s software products to QA, and ultimately Production. • Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team(s) and ensure the coordination of individual team deliverables is synchronized as necessary to achieve product releases. • Manage execution of the Product Versioning strategy across all teams as part of the development lifecycle. • Work with the Enterprise Architect, CTO, and Product Manager to sequence/coordinate
