A Holistic Development Project that includes education among the adolescent and young adults in Schools and above through SPORTS FOR DEVELOPMENT medium. Responsible for project management and implementation along with monitoring and evaluation of the project time to time abiding by the MoU.This project was funded by Tata Motors Finance limited. Implemented in Joynagar 2 block of South 24 Parganas of West Bengal. Handled a team of 52 along with 200 Volunteers.

A health Project implemented on 8 Districts including Kolkata slums. Funded by Ministry of Culture for the 150th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. 53 health workers use to work under me.

A e-waste awareness project funded by European Union. Was responsible for Coordination with the stakeholders including the Govt officials and informal e-waste workers. To be aware of the various laws related to it to aware and help the Informal workers to formalise. Conducting awareness programme at various locations including educational institutions and Housings and corporates.
