I am the person who can manage with all challenges those can be faced in the working place such as hard-working, self-establishment on knowledge and experience. The desire inside the person plays a huge role on choosing the right job which helps to direct to the career achievements in the future. After teaching 3 years I realized that being a teacher is my soul profession. Now I am on my way to learn to be the best teacher through working process in different places, teaching different students and trying to be the professional who can show most of the teachers how is the real teaching process is and who is the teacher is in fact. Regarding ESL teaching I can mention that I revive language learning as an easy task of everyday life by applying different philosophies. From my experience I can tell that the teacher should consider all education philosophies in order to match all her students’ needs. It should cover both learners’ and teacher’s interests. For example, Romanticism should be taken into consideration for having positive environment in class. Learners should feel love towards their learning subject. Perennialism focuses on personal development in which the class is teacher-centered. Essentialism is useful for fact-based teaching and mostly describes the environment where students should learn content knowledge. As for progressivism, in some cases it should be included through learning with experiencing and working with one-another. And the Constructivism is the most important one that helps pupils to learn through building their own knowledge. So I prefer to implement all these philosophies in my classes.

I had following tasks:- To create lesson plans and prepare materials;- To teach students about self-development (because the objective of the lifelong learning activity is work on oneself);- To prepare some interesting questionnaires to make the students understand what is aim of the subject is;- To organize some out of subject activities so that they learn knowledge about life itself;- To prepare tests to check their understanding;- To mark their assessment according to the criteria;- To give feedback and mental support on their any needs.In the second semester I taught the subject of Introduction to economics for the students who had selected this subject as their optional module. In this position also I did almost the same tasks with the previous one. -
