- Joining the Research Center for Technology and Food Process for 6 months.- Assisting researchers in the daily activities of manufacturing protein-based food products such as protein-rich instant chocolate, food bar, and others.- Conducting physical, chemical, functional, and organoleptic analysis on the products, processing the results of analysis data, and making reports.- Specifically, completing the research about characterizing the chemical and functional properties of protein co-presipitate from egg white and tempeh.

- Observing and ensuring the production process runs according to operational standards ranging from receiving raw materials and packaging materials, processing, and packaging process including checking documents, sampling, and checking physical and chemical characteristics of raw materials, packaging, bulk, to finished good.- Monitoring product storage in warehouses until products will be distributed to consumers.- Learning and observing the implementation of quality management systems in the food industry.- Helping internal audits in raw material warehouse areas, production processes, and product storage warehouse.

- Responsible in preparing and developing the 2 course materials and technical practicum including laboratory assignments, pre-post test, and exams.- Demonstrating laboratory skill and implementation interactive discussion with students.- Creating and providing daily assessments and weekly grade (tests, practicums, and reports) to students and final exams grades.

- Helping the manufacture of SOPs and work instructions for the liquid cosmetic process production.- Conduct a trial of liquid cosmetic production on a laboratory scale to ensure the suitability of work instructions.- Observing the flow of the production process of liquid cosmetic process production, starting from the preparation of raw materials, production processes, and final product packaging on an industrial scale.- Assisting observation of the production process and checking bulk with pending status and also observing an evaluation and improvement system in the production process.
