Responsible for taking varieties of phone calls include answering inquiries, manual guiding and handling claims, as a representative of different companies, such as repair workshop, cleaning services, or electric store.

As a Japanese Cultural Representative in Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL, worked in Japanese Dining in Epcot introducing Japanese culture, traditions and customs. Positioned as a dining captain in the restaurant, assisted the whole dining operation to smoothen the flow and trained new service staffs. As the best record of the dining, we welcomed over 1000 guests on New Year Eve.
