I'm an experienced senior associate and attorney at law (advocaat) at NautaDutilh, specialised in: - advising on privacy and ethics in relation to the use of artificial intelligence, big data and blockchain;- solving software development disputes;- negotiating complex outsourcing and license agreements;- advising on privacy compliance in general (GDPR/GDPR Implementation Act/ePrivacy Directive);- advising on regulatory compliance in health care and life sciences.Prior to working at NautaDutilh, I worked as an attorney at an international law firm, and as a legal counsel. I write for several specialist publications, and I regularly get invited to speak to the media, at seminars and at conferences.I completed my legal education at Leiden University (LLM in Law and Philosophy) and University of Amsterdam (LLB in Dutch Law, LLM in Health Law). Also, I studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science (Summer School in Cyber Law).
