Key Responsibilities• Greet and welcome customers via phone (inbound calls) following the call flow implemented by the company in a professional and friendly way. • Provides assistance with Billing, Technical Support, and support with new services acquisition for their water and electricity in their new place. • Responsible for follow-ups, and proper escalation to the concerned department regarding the customer's request in a timely manner. • Responsible for updating and logging details of the customer's information to the database.• Maintain excellent customer service experience to each and every customer, ensuring first call resolution is provided.

Key Responsibilities• Meeting and resolving the customers’ needs, complaints, and inquiries.• Presenting the latest promos and offering suitable plans tailored to the customer’s budget/needs.• Handling customers with the needed guidance as well as educating them on every needed (how to).• Selling, up-selling, and cross-selling.• Managing day-to-day as well as monthly reports related to potential customers, sales, services, etc.• Providing assistance to my team as a senior member, with system-related issues or customer handling.• Ensuring the best possible customer experience by all means.

Key Responsibilities• Managing day-to-day business operations of sea export cargo shipments.• Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operations.• Communicating with shipping lines to arrange for the best services and rates.• Communicating with shippers, clients, and destination agents to provide all the needed details.• Attending business meetings with potential clients in order to demonstrate and extend our services.• Tracking shipments (Cargo, Containers, Vessels, etc.) prior, during, and post shipping period.• Arranging the best market rates while providing each client with a specifically tailored quotation.• Handling shipment documentation such as HBL, MBL, and Euro1 as well as issuing the related invoices.• Filing and updating records for each shipment in order to track it later if needed.• Handling ocean import shipments as well as air freight when needed, as a secondary task.
