Hi, I am Sazia Kamar, a economics graduate from Delhi university. As an HR fresher, I have done three-month internship with Material Library Company as an HR Trainee. During my internship, I developed a strong foundation in the fundamentals of the HR field and gained valuable experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. I also had the opportunity to hone my interpersonal and communication skills as I interacted with a variety of stakeholders. Currently, I'm an intern in the Learning and Development department at Physics Wallah, where I work on various tasks related to the backend operations of the department.
