As a Research Assistant at IUBAT, I contributed to various research projects focused on waste management, sustainability, and other environmental issues. My responsibilities included collecting data in the field, entering data into databases, and drafting research papers.

In my role as a team leader at NewBangladesh.net, I shouldered the responsibility of delegating tasks to our group members. This involved not only assigning them specific duties but also offering guidance and support throughout the process. I ensured everyone understood their responsibilities and provided assistance when needed. Additionally, I served as a bridge between the team and management, receiving tasks from our manager and distributing them effectively among the group. Ultimately, my goal was to ensure all tasks were completed successfully and that the team delivered the expected results.
