First and foremost, I hate selling myself but I was told by a brand specialist to open up, so here I go. After playing NCAA soccer at Georgia Southern University on a full scholarship, I spent some time navigating and trying to find my purpose in the corporate world.My strong interest in real estate and entrepreneurship led me to carve a path forward to owning my own business. I realized the advantages of potentially owning and developing real estate and its impact on communities and ecosystems. Nemorin Group was born and at the age of 23, I purchased my first duplex as an investment property. Today, I specialize in real estate financing, urban planning and real estate investment analysis. I am responsible for over 60 million in development. I now champion and encourage others to use real estate as a vehicle to build wealth and create a better or alternate future for themselves.When I am not investing or developing real estate, you can find me reading a book or discovering a new hip restaurant. I also have a need for speed and love spending time on the race track. If I could start over, I would probably be in Formula 1 by now.
