Manage leasing portfolio (leased and owned) of 150 properties across 3 States – WA, VIC and NSW;• Transact property – buy, sell and lease property;• Negotiate rent, lease terms and documentation with owners and agents;• Develop and advise strategies to market surplus properties as well as develop selling strategies;• Provide reports, briefing papers and business plans to senior management including recommendations for the real estate portfolio;• Assess capital expenditure budgets and proposals;• Analyse current Property Portfolio to identify opportunities to divest surplus assets or invest in new sites;• Develop a wider Real Estate portfolio plan;

• Manage property portfolio for Premium Clients with Western Australia, ranging from Shopping Centres, Retails Strip shops, industrial holdings and office building;• Manage a team of property professionals (including Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Trust Accounts and Administration staff);• Negotiate rent, lease terms and documentation with owners and agents;• Develop systems and processes in order to maximise staff efficiency and business development.• Advise major property owners regarding methods of acquisition and disposal methods and influence major stakeholders so as to achieve a desired outcome.
