• Establish the Bank’s Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) Practice selecting the right team composition and developing their competencies, selected and oversee the procurement and implementation of the right EAM tools. I also led development of processes and policies for the continuous functioning and evolution of the practice

• Currently leading a twenty (20) man strong IT department to support a 100% cloud-based IT infrastructure and core/non-core banking and application to support the Bank’s operations• Overseeing the full transformation and digitization of back-end processes from ATM card and check requisition, customer complaints management, account statement printing, retail loan application management, business insight development, employee on/off boarding and so many others • Evaluation and selection of the right Core Banking Application (CBA)• Overseeing home grown applications to transform the bank’s products and services (Retail and Corporate Banking, Mobile app, loan origination applications and other electronic channel applications) • Oversee CBA customization and Application Programming Interface Development (API) for third party application integration • Managing vendor/Original Equipment Manufacture relationships

• Oversaw the development of HP’s applications (Oracle, SAP and Microsoft) services consulting business in the Nigeria public sector (based in Abuja)

• Responsible for developing Service-Oriented Architecture (Application Integration) and Business Process Management (Process Improvement and Automation) Solution Architectures for clients in the Energy/Utilities and Financial Services industry

• As the founder and chief Architect of Rational Steps Ltd (an Independent IT Consulting Company based in Nigeria), I was a consultant to a number privately held IT company’s on Oracle Middleware implementation/delivery • During this period I also wrote and published a book on ‘How to Management IT Investments Effectively and Generate Maximum Business Value’ available for sale on Amazon

• Led a team of 6 technology presales consultants (across EMEA) to support Oracle sales teams towards the achievement of their sales quotas (the sales team over achieved quota for two consecutive years through help of the presales team)• Engaged with customer business IT decision makers on business and IT aspirations, challenges, and outcomes tied to specific IT-enabled business solutions/initiatives• Help C-Level executives of customer organizations to leverage Oracle and Applications to transforms their business operations and achieve their strategic intent • Participated actively in external/internal meetups e.g., speak at conferences, marketing and analyst events and so forth • Proactively facilitate the development of presales team members competencies on Oracle Database and its options and Middleware technologies (Application Server, Enterprise Content Management, EDW/Data Integration, Business Analytics Identity & Access Management, Service Oriented Architecture—SOA, Business Process Management—BPM etc.,) and Enterprise Applications
