• Operations Director in charge of Unilabs' LAB IVD/Pathology operations in Norway (P&L, 4 laboratories and ~80 employees)

• Operations Project Manager leading 10+ simultaneous national and corporate improvement projects across Unilabs' Radiology and Laboratory businesses

• Experienced Project Manager with strong problem solving and analytical skills• Project focus on strategy and growth, organization development and commercial excellence• Industry focus on healthcare (manufacturers, channel partners, payers), renewable energy, and private equity

• PhD student working on improving prostate cancer detection and treatment options• Methodology included next generation sequencing, big data analytics, drug re-purposing and testing, (pre)-clinical trials in collaboration with industry and clinic • Extended research exchanges at Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute (Cambridge, UK) and Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore, USA)• 9 total publications, 5 first authorships
