Work to support existing Taleo customers in optimizing their use of the Taleo Enterprise Recruiting product and provide demo and product details on upsell opportunities. Primary use case was to expand implementation of Taleo Onboarding. (position is known as a Sales Engineer or Solution Consultant in many companies)Provide consulting on Enterprise Recruiting Solutions to large and very large customers, including much of the Fortune 100. When carrying a quota of over $3M annually I successfully accomplished my quota each quarter.Key project: developing and delivering a demo training program to 40+ peer SCs to enable them to demo the Taleo Recruiting Product. Selected by leadership to deliver on this objective, and received consistently favorable feedback on the result.• Work with both new and existing customers to deepen product adoption, knowledge and satisfaction, while expanding revenue penetration.• Applicant Tracking product expert, able to explain every aspect from features to configuration to business strategy in a way that resonates with individuals holding a variety of professional roles and hierarchical levels.• Provide custom product demonstrations, virtually or on-site, for SaaS Enterprise Recruiting Solutions (primarily Taleo Recruiting: Enterprise Edition).• Conduct product optimization sessions offering best practice reviews and recommendations to support the unique customer business process and needs.• Worked with such organizations as Bank of America, Starbucks, Toyota, Intel, and Northrop Grumman.• Accountable for customer retention, with significant variable pay linked to customer renewals. Customers were retained at a 94% renewal rate or better during my tenure in the role.
