I lead a team responsible for acquiring and managing property through easements, leases, licenses, and fee purchases necessary for the construction and maintenance of United Power’s electrical infrastructure. Prior to my current role, I owned and operated Two Track Land Company, providing land acquisition and right of way services in Colorado, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and Texas. From 2007-2014 I worked with Chesapeake Energy overseeing their real estate requirements (fee purchases, surface use agreements, easements, office leases, etc.) throughout the Rockies, Midwest and East coast.
