- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources staff, and Hiring Managers to create appealing job postings that accurately advertise open positions and align with the expectations for State of Ohio agency postings in Taleo. - Screen applications for minimum qualifications, work with Hiring Managers to determine candidates moving forward, conduct interviews on Microsoft Teams, and administer tests using ProProfs.- Notify candidates selected for hire of next steps, provide thorough information, work with staff to obtain answers outside of Talent Acquisition’s scope, lead candidates through the pre-hire process including completion of forms, background checks, verifications of employment, and occasionally drug tests. - Provide outstanding customer service and communication regularly with HR staff, Hiring Managers, applicants, and candidates selected for hire. - Maintain efficient organization in order to keep processes flowing smoothly through tools such as Microsoft Excel, Planner, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint, as well as Taleo and OnBase. - Professionally represent the agency at career fairs, answer questions from staff members across various departments, and update procedure documentation and templates for manager review.

- Manage a caseload of individuals with disabilities and consistently meet with them and their support teams to determine the client’s employment-related needs. - Use online job boards, networking, and knowledge of the community to find appropriate job leads that meet the needs of clients with disabilities. - Provide clients with resources to prepare for employment, develop resumes, conduct mock interviews, discuss accommodations and disability disclosure, help clients apply to jobs, assist with interviews, and support clients when they obtain a job. - Accurately document interactions with clients and track their progress using Microsoft Excel and Aware, updating Supervisor and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors. - Screen clients for minimum qualifications when recommending positions to apply to, before sending a request for Employer Partner advocacy, and for hiring events.- Collaborate with OOD Job Developers, Talent Sourcing Coordinators, Business Relations Specialists, Supervisors, and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors to develop hiring events.
