Current•Specialised in troubleshooting errors related to configurations of the MobiControl platform and other SOTI services.• Communicating with developers and product managers regarding bugs in the product by creating JIRA's to fix bugs in future versions of MobiControl.• Demonstrate proficiency in server management, including service log analysis to isolate the cause of an issue using software tools such as Klogg.• Managing SQL Databases to manage data and performance.• Manage and troubleshoot issues on AWS and Azure cloud servers, ensuring all services are running and troubleshooting any issues that may occur.• Provide Enterprise support through the IT support calls on client escalations.• Proficient use of multiple device types such as Android, IOS and Windows (Server, 10/11 and CE)• Integrating Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, we can streamline user authentication with Single Sign-On (SSO)
