CurrentAs a Manager of Talent Management in the corporate Organizational Development, Leadership and Learning (OD&L) Center of Excellence (COE), I provide strategic consulting to assist senior leaders to identify and develop critical talent in their business, build capability, and achieve long-term success. My responsibilities include providing support to Sector business leaders in implementing robust talent management processes (e.g., identification of high potential talent, succession planning), including consultation and facilitation. I also lead the implementation of BAE System's suite of leadership assessments globally and the development and implementation of an HR analytic strategy.
