Launched new franchise in Northern Colorado. Solely focused on commercial properties serving property managers and owners in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and surrounding areas by providing grounds maintenance care services. Directed all aspects of new franchise, including business development, operations, customer relationship management, marketing, finance, and administration. Result: Built team of multiple crews and grew revenue from zero to over $400k in year one (2019); recognized by Franchise home office as: 2019 Newcomer of the Year, 2019 Brand Leader, and recipient of the Improve Your Community award.

Adjunct faculty in leadership, management, strategy, change, negotiation, and communication courses.

Led global commercial program management and learning operations team. Manage 6 commercial learning professionals responsible for program management and operational logistics for classroom and digital learning portfolio. Programs include expanding revenue-generating water quality programs to clients globally, including a new digital learning alternative. Also implemented a Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline and automate learning operations. Result: Achieved global training revenue of $833k (13% increase YoY) and global attendance target of 10,495 (38% increase YoY).Developed blended on-boarding programs for Hach’s direct sellers and distributors in high growth markets. Target audience includes sales and service professionals who sell water analysis instruments to municipal and industrial customers and strategic key accounts. The program includes an in-person in-depth immersive classroom session (for direct sellers) followed by online learning modules and webinars focused on parameters, technology, products, applications, and sales methodology. Result: Program shortens the time in onboarding by 25% and targets learning that leverages digital learning alternatives in the LMS to allow associate to concentrate on areas of focus and/or need.
