I was born on March 27, 1989, and have grown into a highly-skilled professional with a diverse background in project/sales management, strategic planning, and team leadership. My excellent communication and interpersonal skills have enabled me to build strong relationships across various industries.My passion for real estate began in my childhood, and I later joined my father's RE/MAX franchise. After earning a business and marketing degree from the University of Cambridge in 2009, I pioneered social media advertising campaigns in Malta's real estate industry. In 2011, my father and I created Malta's first exclusive listing service, which became widely adopted.In 2012, I joined a private maritime security company, eventually working my way up the ranks in a high-stakes environment. After the company went bankrupt in 2014, my brother and I founded our own maritime security brokerage, which we closed in 2016 due to shrinking profit margins.Upon returning to real estate, I achieved impressive sales and listing numbers. As Co-Franchise Owner and Head of Listings and Exclusives for RE/MAX Central, I significantly increased the franchise's performance. In 2021, I was appointed by RE/MAX Malta to oversee Priority by RE/MAX, reducing average sale times and achieving €50,000,000 in sales.My professional journey showcases my dedication to innovation, excellence, and leadership.
